    Buyers read your listings in Ukrainian, Polish, English or Russian, next to new builds with dated checks.

  • Requests straight to the agent

    Each request goes to the agent of the listing, with the buyer’s language and preferred contact. Requests are part of the plan, never billed separately.

  • Rankings that can’t be bought

    The regional “Top agencies” rankings count only verified agencies and only measurable things: reviews, response time, listing quality.

3 months free

From the day you open the account, on any plan, without a card. After that you choose how to pay; until then, listings over 3 move to the archive. Nothing is deleted.

Rankings and the “Verified” mark are not for sale

Advertising is sold separately and always labelled “Advertisement”. It never changes your verification or your place in a ranking.

How it works

  1. Sign in and choose the account

    Agency or independent agent. It takes two minutes.

  2. Add your listings

    Photos, price, area and description. We check each listing before it goes live.

  3. Invite your agents

    Each agent gets their own dashboard and the requests about their listings.

  4. Get verified

    Send the company register data and your OC policy: verified sellers are indexed by search engines and can enter the rankings.

What we check

The company in the public register (NIP, KRS or CEIDG) and a valid professional liability insurance policy of the intermediary (OC). Without the check you can list, marked “Not verified yet”.
