These terms govern your use of Havkey. By using the site you accept them.

What Havkey is

Havkey is an information catalogue of new-build residential projects. We are not a seller, real-estate agent, broker or party to any contract between you and a developer. We do not accept payments for apartments and do not take a commission on transactions.

Information on the site

Project data comes from developers, public registries and our own checks. Each project shows a trust level with the date of the check:

• Declared — information has not been verified by Havkey.
• Confirmed by developer — the developer is a registered company with a contract with Havkey; the data is provided by the developer.
• Documents checked — we reviewed the building permit, the land register and registry records. Valid for 180 days.
• Verified on site — our inspector visited the site. Valid for 90 days.

Verification reduces risk but does not guarantee that a developer will meet its obligations, that a project will be completed on time, or that prices are final. Visualisations are illustrative. Always review the development agreement and documents with a notary or a lawyer before signing.

Trust levels cannot be bought. Paid promotion is shown separately and labelled “Advertisement”.

Requests to developers

When you send a request, you agree that we pass it to the developer of the selected project. The developer is responsible for its own offer and for how it handles your data after receiving it.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, scrape the catalogue, attempt to bypass security, or use the site for unlawful purposes. We may block access that harms the service or other users.

Intellectual property

The design, texts, data compilations and trademarks of Havkey are protected. Photos and documents remain the property of their owners and are shown with permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Havkey is not liable for decisions you make based on information on the site or for the actions of developers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers keep the protection of mandatory laws of their country of residence.
