Search, the dated checks, the full-cost calculator, comparison, alerts and requests to developers or agents are free. We take no commission on any sale.
Trust levels and rankings are never for sale
Trust levels change only after our checks. The agency and agent rankings and the “Recommended” order are counted from measurable data. Paid places have their own rows and the “Advertisement” label.

A plan never takes a project down. If more of your projects are published than your plan covers, we ask you to choose a bigger plan.
Advertising for developers
Paid in advance for a fixed term. Available for published projects of developers who claimed their page and have the “Confirmed by developer” level or higher. Where places are limited, the limit is real: when all are taken, you see the date the next one frees up and can book from then.

Promotion for agencies and agents
Paid in advance. A boost or a highlight is for an active listing; the “Featured agency” place is for verified agencies only. Promotion never changes verification or a place in the rankings.

How to pay
Every order of a plan or advertising comes with a proforma invoice. Pay by bank transfer, or online through Stripe when your dashboard offers it. A plan is paid month by month. Advertising starts once the payment arrives, or on the start date you chose if that is later.
If Havkey removes your advertisement for a reason that is not your fault, we refund the unused days pro rata.
Orders follow the terms of service for businesses. The text is a draft under legal review.
Questions about payment
When does the free period end?
For developers: the month we confirm your page plus the next 3 months. For agencies and agents: 3 months from the day the business account is opened. On any plan, without a card.
Do I pay for each buyer request?
No. Buyer requests are included in every plan, for developers, agencies and agents. There are no statements per request and nothing to dispute.
Which developer plan do I need?
It depends on how many of your projects are published on Havkey: Start covers one, Pro up to five, Unlimited all of them. If you publish more than your plan covers, nothing is taken down: we ask you to choose a bigger plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. A bigger plan starts at once and is charged as a full new month. A smaller plan starts at the end of the paid period. During the free months you can switch plans for free.
How are ads labelled?
Every paid place carries the “Advertisement” label and a “Why am I seeing this?” panel with the advertiser, the type of placement and who the ad is shown to. Ads sit in their own rows and never change trust levels, rankings or the “Recommended” order.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer against a proforma invoice, or online through Stripe (card, BLIK, Przelewy24) when your dashboard offers it. Prices are net: we add no VAT. EU businesses settle it themselves under reverse charge; Havkey is not yet a VAT payer in Estonia.
Do you refund advertising?
If Havkey removes an advertisement for a reason that is not the advertiser’s fault, we refund the unused days pro rata.
