How we calculate
- We use asking prices that developers publish in their price lists. We record every change in our price history. These are not sale prices: discounts agreed at signing are not included.
- A project's price per m² is its lowest current price per m² (the “from” price). The median is the middle value across projects, so a few very expensive projects do not pull it up.
- Monthly values use each project's last known price at the end of the month. We show a district, a flat size or a month only when it has at least 3 priced projects or flats.
