It has five 29-storey towers (blocks 1–5) and eight five-storey blocks (6–13); the developer gives 2,345 flats in total. Completion is planned in two stages: blocks 1–3 and 6–11 in 2027, blocks 4, 5, 12 and 13 in 2028. The October 2026 price list has 585 unsold units, from 36 m² studios to penthouses of up to 347 m². In the developer’s September 2026 update, construction was 26% complete.
