The Reverie is a complex of 180 flats by Omağ Development on the Esentepe coast in Girne district, about 50 m from the sea by the developer's project sheet. Fourteen two-storey blocks stand in three zones on both sides of the coastal road: Sea Exclusive (blocks A1–A4) and Sea Side (B1, A5–A7) on the sea side, Mountain Side (C1–C5, D1) inland. Ground floors hold studios and corner 1+1 flats with a terrace and garden; upper floors hold 1+1 and 2+1 loft penthouses with a 35 m² roof terrace. Construction started in 2025; the developer's project sheet gives December 2027 for completion.
