Bellapais Villas is a project of eight detached two-storey villas by Omağ Development on the hillside between Ozanköy and Bellapais, above Kyrenia (Girne). There are two types, both 4+1: five type A villas with 350 m² of closed area plus an 85 m² storage level (435 m² in total) and three type B villas of 295 m². Every villa stands on its own plot of 700–1,000 m² and has a 50 m² infinity pool, a garden and an enclosed garage. The developer's price list gives £850,000–1,600,000 per villa; its 2025 materials put the start of construction in December 2025 and key handover in December 2027.
