Kaşgar Residence consists of two apartment blocks, A and B, in the Kaşgar area of Kyrenia (Girne), about 300 m from the sea, built by Omağ Development. Each block has open parking on the ground floor, four apartments on each of floors 1–5 (1+1 of 60 m², 2+1 of 85 m² and 115 m²) and two penthouses on top, 44 homes in all. Work started in January 2022; the developer gives May 2024 as the completion date and lists the project as completed. Each apartment has its own central air-conditioning system, included in the price.
