Capiton Construction is a building contractor and developer in North Cyprus. By its own account it has worked as a contractor since 1986 and was registered as a company in North Cyprus in 2003; besides housing it builds infrastructure, asphalt and roads. Its office is in its own CC Towers building in central Kyrenia (Girne). Earlier projects include 34 villas in Hamitköy (Lefkoşa) and 103 houses in Alsancak. Its website lists CC Towers Kyrenia, Sunset Bay in Bahçeli, L'Plage in Çatalköy, Karaoğlanoğlu Villas and Ozanköy Villas as ready, and CC Towers İskele in Boğaz, The Nest in Esentepe and Villa Bella near Bellapais as under way.
