The developer’s price list of July 2025 states completion as June 2025 and lists 25 homes for sale from £199,000 to £1,250,000, three more reserved; its website marks the project as ready. Earlier the developer named June 2024; its photos from May 2025 show the houses finished and the central pool area still under construction.
