Shops take the ground floor; floors 1–8 hold studios, 1+1 and 2+1 apartments of 45–103 m², and floor 9 has 2+1 and 3+1 duplex penthouses of 114–174 m² with large terraces. The developer's price list gives the project as ready; the developer's own photos of finished apartments date from February 2024. The towers share outdoor and indoor pools, a gym, open and covered parking and a backup generator for common areas.
