Brise de Mer Mountain Side is the larger, inland part of Omağ Development’s Brise de Mer complex in Tatlısu, on the north coast of Gazimağusa district, by the D10 road. The developer’s materials give 444 apartments in low-rise blocks: 31 type A blocks of 12 flats and 4 type B blocks of 18 flats. In each block, studios and corner 1+1 flats with a garden sit on the ground floor, and 1+1 and 2+1 loft penthouses with a private roof terrace (BBQ and mini kitchen included) sit above. Facilities planned for the complex include communal pools, a restaurant and pool bar, a spa, a gym, a tennis court, mini golf and a beach area on the coast. In the developer’s project list of October 2026 this part is still waiting for its building permit, so no completion date is shown.
