Cielo Vista is a planned residential complex by Armador & Sege in Geçitkale, a village in the Gazimağusa (Famagusta) district of Northern Cyprus, on a plot of about 22,000 m² north-east of the village centre. The developer plans three high-rise blocks (A, B and C) around a shared pool area: 812 apartments in total (358 studios, 334 one-bedroom and 120 two-bedroom flats) and 10 shops. Only Block A is on sale: 380 apartments on floors 1–16. Construction is due to start in January 2027, and the developer gives January 2030 for handover of Block A; dates for blocks B and C have not been announced.
