Casa del Mare is a large resort-style complex by Northernland on the coast at Esentepe, in the Girne (Kyrenia) district of Northern Cyprus. According to the developer, it will have 988 apartments in two-storey blocks (studios, 1+1 and two-level 2+1 lofts) and 18 villas, built in three phases: the first along the sea, the other two across the road on the mountain side. Ground-floor flats open onto a pool or garden, first-floor flats have a roof terrace. The developer first gave June 2026 as the completion date; its September 2026 construction update puts phase 1 at 84%, phase 2 at 74% and phase 3 at 64% complete, with no new date.
