Fourteen are 4+1 villas of three types: nine Olive villas (232 m² closed area), three Almond villas (255 m² plus a 20 m² garage) and two Palm villas (275 m²); the seven 3+1 Carob villas are all sold. Handover is planned for February 2027; in October 2026 the developer’s website put construction at 90%.
