Armador & Sege Construction is a building company that, by its own account, has been working since 1987. It started in Türkiye with Beyazgül Villas in Kuşadası (163 villas, 1987–1990) and housing estates in Ankara and Bodrum, and has built in Kyrenia (Girne) since the mid-1990s: the Anadolu shopping centre (1995–1996), Ayışığı Evleri and Ayışığı Villas, Shine Villas in Çatalköy (2020–2022) and the Loca 34 loft building in central Kyrenia (2024–2026). Its website lists 10 completed projects and four on sale: Armador Nicosia Residence in Lefkoşa, Locus Villas in Edremit, Sardunya Royal in Lapta and Lune in Esentepe. Its 2026 video also presents Aria Mare in Bahçeli and Cielo Vista in Geçitkale.
